Here’s how to participate:

• Simply call our office and make an appointment for you and your child. Ask for the "Mommy and Me" program when calling.
• You will be given a date where you and your child will receive back-to-back appointments.
• As part of the program, your child’s first cleaning is FREE with your paid teeth cleaning.
• Dental insurance rules and allowances still apply to the parent’s visit.
• X-rays additional, and as needed.
